Characteristic
In these days, the needs and use of film and sheet plastics diverges, and various new functional polymers are also being developed in sequence.
By using our line of this series, you can realize the advantage of the Stacking Plates Die which can easily cope with the polymers of various characteristics in the development stage of the product.
In addition, a production device in test stage can easily be expanded to the real production device.
We have lots of existing results about the Film/Sheet Molding Line with a T-Die.
We have, in particular, developed our original thickness control system for the T-Die.
In case when the film/sheet thickness equals to 0.5mm or less, the two-roll method can be applied, and in other case, three-roll method is applied.
High Precision Film Molding System
This is a device to mold the High Precision Film / Sheet.
The device consists of the following three units:
* The molding of the High Precision Film / Sheet is enabled. ±1-3%
* The adjustment time can be made short in the starting stage or in the polymer changing stage: Less than 30 minutes
* Raw material loss at the starting time can be improved.
* The thickness precision improvement leads to a reduction of the raw materials cost.
* Because a human error of the thickness adjustment disappears, You can perform the digitization of data.
* The work in a small place, in a high temperature, and with an unstable posture would be improved.

SP series sheet manufacturing line and FP series sheet/film manufacturing line is the equipment composed of our newly developed and patented STACKING PLATES DIE as a core part. Especially, in the field of multilayer co-extrusion, it has been gaining popularity among users.
In cooperation with the repletion of peripheral equipments, the range of correspondence covers not only PS, ABS, PP, PE, PMMA, PC, PET, and PVC, but also multilayer sheet which is composed of the above kinds of polymers.

Multilayer T-Die
Stacked Plates Die 【Patent Registered】
In the Stacking Plates Die, the merging process is similar to that of the multi-manifold die.
In this die, the plates engraved with manifold are adopted to form multi-layer.
Die body has a cavity in which a plate pack is inserted, where the plate pack is composed of a number of unit stacking plates.
It is easy to change the number of the layers and the kind of the polymer.
Multi-manifold Die
This is the die which has been used for a long time historically.
The polymer of each layer flows through manifold, choker bar and junction, and spitted out from a lip part.
The number of the layer is usually 3 or less, which is suitable for a few kind and mass production.
