From low speed to super high speed of screw revolutions, the extrusion in a high torque domain is attained, so that it cooperates with various polymer extruding conditions.
To a screw element, you can use powder metal materials with high wear resistance, as well as nitridized steel.
In addition, the screw shaft can realize high torque transmission due to the involution spline processing.
For the barrel, you can use HIP materials with high wear resistance as well as nitridized steel. In addition, for barrel cooling, we adopt a drilled method and it shows a high cooling ability.
Since we use a vector inverter motor which is connected directly with a gearbox, the exchange of belts is unnecessary.
In addition, we adopt a multistage tandem-type thrust bearing in the gearbox, so that the transmission of the high speed turn and high torque are possible.
By a touch panel method, you can perform almost all the controls, i.e., the barrel temperature control, the screw revolutions control, the control of others attendant equipments entirely.
And the barrel temperature status, the electric current value of the main motor can also be seen in the operation screen.
In addition, you can take all the driving data into a PC by LAN.
The loss-in-weight type feeder enables the high precision feeding from a powder to a pellet.
In addition, by an exclusive central control operation terminal, the centralized control of plural feeders is possible.
